Who is Thrive Together?
Hi, I’m Jack Norwood, founder of Thrive Together Disability Support. Based in Whittlesea, Victoria, I bring over 15 years of experience in caring for and supporting individuals through life’s challenges.
My journey began at Funfields in Whittlesea, where I attended to guests on rides. Later, as a group leader with the Outdoor Education Group, I cared for children, teenagers, and teachers on multi-day camps involving hiking, canoeing, and mountain biking.
I transitioned to Broadmeadows Special Development School as an Education Support staff member, working with verbal and non-verbal students with disability aged 5 to 18. Currently, I’m employed by Rise Wellbeing, a leading disability support provider, while also managing my own clients through Thrive Together Disability Support.
My qualifications include:
Police Check and Working with Children Check
NDIS Worker Screening
Provide First Aid, CPR, and Emergency Life Support certificates
Extensive experience in risk assessment and client engagement
At Thrive Together, my goal is to empower clients to thrive in their everyday lives, fostering independence, growth, and meaningful connections.
